Svenskt Ledarskap has wide experience of all types of company structure and is well aware of the various requirements. Since every company is unique we do not offer ready made training models, rather we select our training materials and methods to address the specific needs of each client. Our assignments often include making an analysis of and emphasising the basic common values that exist. Then, through our training courses, we establish and make these values clear in the organisation. It is important that all managers in the organisation act according to the same basic values. This ensures the achievement of a strong feeling of solidarity and clarity of message – which greatly increases company identity and effectiveness. We also carry out more extensive work on change management in order for an organisation to be able to develop and adapt to new technology and new conditions. In such cases more radical efforts are necessary where everyone, from established managers to relatively new employees, is given a common platform from which to work. All our internal training programmes in companies have one thing in common – they have their starting point in Swedish company culture and Swedish conditions. It is very much a question of participation, common values and a holistic approach. A manager must be able to inspire and lead rather than dictate and issue orders. Program |
