Management Development is tailored to the specific situation and needs of each steering group.
We work with personal leadership, the ability to communicate effectively and teamwork in the groups.

Scope

Management Development training can be run as a two day intensive course at a course centre, or as a more extensive programme lasting 12 days, spread over a twelve month period.
