Counteract stress – achieve a balanced life-style
Many of us experience an increasing level of negative stress in our life and work situation and see no practical opportunities for change.We feel, however, that it is quite possible to reduce strong negative stress. It is possible to get back to a normal life in spite of burn-out.
Our experience shows that the important change occurs as soon as you discover your innate creativity and receive more information about stress – as well as acquire tools and methods with which to deal with everyday stress.
This training is aimed at managers and group leaders at different levels.
The participants gain an overall understanding of stress and the measures necessary to handle different situations in a constructive way.
The training is run over two days at a course centre. Theory sessions are interwoven with practical exercises adapted to everyday situations in the organisations. The participants receive a number of practical tools to use when back in the workplace.
