Ulla-Britt Svensson holds an MA from Stockholm University. After gaining a University Diploma in Librarianship in 1975 Ulla-Britt worked as Head Librarian in Tyresö municipality for 15 years. This was where she conducted the nationwide project "The Sports Library".

Ulla-Britt worked for several years at the Swedish Sports Confederation as Information Manager and in the management for projects such as The Sports Fair and The Swedish Sports Meeting. She developed and took responsibility for the creation of the Sports Movement’s Sports Database.

After 20 years’ experience of leadership Ulla-Britt became a consultant in Project Management and Leadership, mainly within Swedish business sector.

At Svenskt Ledarskap Ulla-Britt works with Company Specific courses, Development Projects and open courses for companies.

As a board member of the branch organisation SAUF, Swedish Authorised Training Companies, she contributes to the authorisation model for training companies.
