Mats Klingström is a Psychologist and Musician/Artist. After a long career working as a clinical psychologist within the child and youth guidance clinic PBU, a TV producer and a TV announcer, a music producer, composer and leader of an orchestra, Mats has also worked for the last 6 years with issues within organisations – and Leadership Development.

He has taken part in large projects, including both Organisation Overview, Management Development, Conflict Resolution and the individual coaching of managers, mainly within county councils and municipalities. He has had assignments at Uppsala University Hospital, St Göran’s Hospital in Stockholm, Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg and the Södertälje municipality steering group.

Mats has, through his broad experience from different areas, developed the art of inner listening; what creates harmony? where does dissonance originate? He has also developed an eye for new possibilities. No situation is fixed or given. The manager can always take time to reflect and make choices.
