Kaj Svensson, Svenskt Ledarskaps CEO, is a Behavioural Scientist and Physical Education Teacher. His former career was as a first division football player and trainer of the Swedish football elite.

Kaj has 20 year’s experience of developing managers and group leaders at different levels mainly within the Swedish business sector. He has carried out large scale assignments in culture and change processes in companies and organisations throughout the Nordic countries.

Kaj has trained around 7,000 managers in Leadership, Sales, and Communication Skills, as well as in Team Building and Project Management.

With his broad experience Kaj is a much sought after speaker on Swedish Leadership.
Since 1990 the assignments have been mainly in the field of leadership development, support for steering groups and individual support for managers and group leaders.
