Anna-Karin Midunger has a BA in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Umeå University. Her background is in management positions within HR in both the private and public sectors. With 14 years’ experience of change processes in different companies and organisations, for example The Swedish employment Security Council TRR, the Swedish consulting group SWECO and Siemens she is familiar with the different phases of organisations; from recruitment, through competence, leadership & organisational development to down-sizing. She also has experience of working with outplacement in different branches, where group processes and the individual professional interview are put in focus.

Anna-Karin is motivated by working with the potential of the individual and the organisation, bringing it out to the full and thus contributing to the development of the organisation. Coaching through interview is the constant main thread and Anna-Karin is a good sounding board in dialogue with management groups, CEOs, managers and key people in companies and in organisations.

She is certified to use the tool Predictive Index and by the organisation SLG Thomas International.

When Anna-Karin accepts an assignment she applies great energy, courage, joy and creativity.
