Svenskt Ledarskap supports and develops companies and organisations through advanced leadership development training. We create the conditions for effective leadership based on open and human communication with colleagues, employees, customers and other interested parties in the surrounding environment.

We contribute to our clients’ long term development and success, starting from the basic humanistic values that are firmly fixed in Swedish leadership culture.

Input according to individual needs

Since every organisation is unique we always adapt our input to the customers’ special needs. Our assignments often include an analysis of and focus on common basic values and their establishment and clarification in the organisation.

The analysis may also lead to a more extensive change process in order for the organisation to develop and adapt to new conditions.

In our training courses, both company specific programmes and open courses, we work with creating strong teams. We also help individual managers to make the best use of their personal qualities as well as to complement these with anything that is lacking. Through insight, training and reflection the participants develop their individual leadership style.

We carry out assignments and training at all management levels in companies; from the top executive management to the section and project management levels.

Ahlviks Udd, with its ideal situation in the Stockholm archipelago offers an effective and comfortable working environment in exclusive seclusion.
